Digital Products

    •    Ebooks, 3D print files, and other digital materials are delivered immediately upon purchase.

    •    Due to the nature of digital delivery, these products cannot be returned or refunded once received.

    •    If a digital file is corrupt, incomplete, or otherwise unusable, contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement copy.

Physical Products

    •    Any directly sold physical items (figurines, artwork, books) may be refunded only if they are materially defective or damaged upon arrival.

    •    Defective product claims must be made within 14 days of delivery.

    •    Return instructions will be provided on a case-by-case basis. Shipping costs are not refundable.
